The Talara Refinery is an oil refinery in Pariñas, Talara, Piura, Peru that belongs to the state company Petroperú. Its origin lies in the first crude oil refinery in Peru in 1917, with an initial capacity of 10,000 barrels per day, by the International Petroleum Company.
