Otoque is an island located in the Gulf of Panama, within the Taboga District. It has an area of 2.66 km². At the time of the 2000 census, the population was 130.

Otoque Oriente is a corregimiento in Taboga District, Panamá Province, Panama with a population of 126 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 210; its population as of 2000 was 199. Otoque Oriente is situated 2½ km northeast of Isla Estivá.
