Cumanacoa is a city in Venezuela's Sucre State. its population is approximately 18,800 inhabitants, the building of the city was started in 1585, and eventually founded in the year 1617 by Captain Baltasar de Arias, with the name of San Baltasar Cumanacoa Arias.
