Melipeuco is a town and commune in Chile, located at the foot of the Andes, in the Province of Cautín, Araucanía Region. Melipeuco is 12 km from the southern entrance of the Conguillío National Park. Melipeuco is situated 3½ km west of Río Alpehué.
