Pacha Qullu or Kimsa Misa is a 4,702-metre-high mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the Oruro Department, Litoral Province, Huachacalla Municipality, west of Huachacalla. Pacha Qullu is situated 4 km southwest of Huayllas.
