Malua is a small village on the Samoan island of Upolu. The name originates from the Samoan word "Maluapapa" which is translated 'shelter under the rock'.

Although the village, with an area of 5.558 km2, is geographically located on Upolu, the village is politically part of the political district of Gaga'emauga on the island of Savai'i, as is the neighbouring village of Saleimoa. Le’auva’a is situated 1½ miles northeast of Saleimoa.
