Hikutavake is one of the fourteen villages of Niue. Its population at the 2022 census was 39, down from 45 in 2017. The village was established by villagers from Tuapa. Hikutavake is situated 2½ km west of Toi.

Mutalau is one of the fourteen villages of Niue, and includes the northernmost point of the island. Its population at the 2022 census was 77, down from 98 in 2017. Mutalau is situated 3½ km northeast of Toi.
