Valley Head is a town in DeKalb County, Alabama, United States. Although this town incorporated in 1922, it was also listed as being incorporated on the 1890 U.S. Census. It is part of the Lookout Mountain region. At the 2020 census, its population was 577. Valley Head is situated 4½ miles northeast of Fort Payne City Lake.
