DeSoto Falls is a 104-foot waterfall located on the West Fork of the Little River near Mentone, Alabama, United States, in DeSoto State Park. The falls have carved their own small canyon. DeSoto Falls is situated 1½ miles southwest of Moon Lake.

It is part of the Lookout Mountain region. At the 2020 census, its population was 577. Valley Head is situated 2½ miles west of Moon Lake.
