Watertown is a census-designated place in Columbia County, Florida, United States. It had a population of 3,018 at the 2020 census, up from 2,829 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Lake City, Florida Micropolitan Statistical Area. Watertown is situated 4½ miles south of Falling Creek.
