Hamlet
Oceanway is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida, located in the city's Northside region. Once dotted with small farms and isolated houses, Oceanway has grown dramatically since the early 1980s, adding numerous residential neighborhoods, the first high school in the area, First Coast High School, and several other schools for lower grades. Oceanway is situated 1½ miles north of San Mateo.

Tallulah-North Shore, or simply North Shore, is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida located in the Northside area. First platted in 1879, the primarily residential area was annexed by Jacksonville in 1925. Tallulah-North Shore is situated 4½ miles south of San Mateo.
