The Strand Theatre is a multi-use performing arts and film center in Marietta, Georgia, United States. Originally built in 1935 by the Manning-Winks Theatre Company as an art deco movie palace, it is currently the home of the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre, a nonprofit arts organization specializing in live theatre, classic movies, concerts, comedy, and other special events. Strand Theatre is situated 1½ miles south of Marietta-Cobb Industrial Park West.

Six Flags White Water is a 69-acre water park located northwest of Atlanta, in East Cobb, Georgia. Originally opening in 1984 as White Water Atlanta, the park became part of the Six Flags family of parks in 1999. Elizabeth was an incorporated municipality in central Cobb County, Georgia, United States, that existed de jure from 1885 to 1995. Originally incorporated by an act of the Georgia General Assembly on October 5, 1885, as the town of Elizabeth, it never began functioning as a municipality; in particular, no historical evidence exists that the town held any elections for mayor and the city council.
