Millen is a city, and the county seat of Jenkins County, Georgia, United States. The population was 3,120 at the 2010 census, down from 3,492 at the 2000 census. The city is intersected by U.S. Route 25 and State Route 17. Millen is situated 5 miles north of Newton Lake.
