Cave Spring is a city near Floyd County, Georgia, United States. It is located 17 miles southwest of Rome, the county seat. The population of Cave Spring was 1,200 at the 2010 census, up from 975 at the 2000 census. Cave Spring is situated 2½ miles northeast of Spring Creek.
