Jacks Knob is a mountain located on the border of Towns County and Union County, Georgia, with a peak elevation of 3,813 feet. The Appalachian Trail crosses the southern flank of the mountain and Jacks Knob Trail ends here at an intersection with the Appalachian Trail.

This 70-foot waterfall is located on a creek that is part of the headwaters of the Chattahoochee River, which forms within a mile of the falls, and located within the Mark Trail Wilderness. Horsetrough Falls is situated 2½ miles southeast of Turkeypen Gap.
