Sexton's Creek is a creek in Clay County, Kentucky that is a tributary of the South Fork Kentucky River in neighbouring Owsley County, Kentucky. It is 24 miles long. It was named for a Sexton family of settlers who arrived some time before 1815. Sextons Creek is situated 2½ miles east of Pennington Cemetery.
