Mistletoe is an unincorporated community located in Owsley County, Kentucky, United States. Its post office closed in January 2004. The community was named for the mistletoe native to the area. Mistletoe is situated 4½ miles east of Teges.

Sexton's Creek is a creek in Clay County, Kentucky that is a tributary of the South Fork Kentucky River in neighbouring Owsley County, Kentucky. It is 24 miles long. It was named for a Sexton family of settlers who arrived some time before 1815. Taft is situated 4½ miles north of Teges.
