Glencoe is a town in northern Payne County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 601 at the 2010 census, an increase of 3.1 percent from the figure of 583 in 2000. Glencoe is a midway point between Pawnee County and Stillwater, which is the county seat. Glencoe is situated 4½ miles northwest of Bethel Cemetery.

Ingalls is a census-designated place in eastern Payne County, Oklahoma, about 9 miles east of Stillwater. The town was settled as a result of the "Unassigned Lands" land run in 1889, and had a post office from January 22, 1890, until October 31, 1907. Ingalls is situated 5 miles south of Bethel Cemetery.
