The Masontown Bridge is a four-lane, concrete, plate girder bridge that carries vehicular traffic across the Monongahela River between Masontown, Pennsylvania and Monongahela Township, Pennsylvania, by way of Pennsylvania Route 21. Masontown Bridge is situated 1½ miles south of Browns Run.

Hatfield's Ferry Power Station was a 1.7-gigawatt, coal power plant located in Greene County, Pennsylvania. The plant was operated by FirstEnergy. It began operations in 1969 and was shut down in 2013.
