Culebra National Wildlife Refuge

The Culebra National Wildlife Refuge is a National Wildlife Refuge in . It is part of the Caribbean Islands National Wildlife Refuge Complex, which is a unit of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. It is the site of the former Camp Roosevelt.
