The Iglesia de San Juan Bautista in Maricao, Puerto Rico is a church built during 1890-c.1898. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, and on the Puerto Rico Register of Historic Sites and Zones in 2000. Iglesia de San Juan Bautista is situated 3½ km east of Quebrada Matadero.

Maricao is a small mountain town and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the western portion of the Cordillera Central region. The area is home to the Maricao State Forest, popularly known as Monte del Estado, a fish hatchery and numerous paradores and inns housed in former coffee and tobacco plantations.
