Glade Mountain, elevation 3,672 feet, is the highest point in the Ellicott Rock Wilderness, which straddles Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. It is also in the Chattahoochee National Forest in Rabun County, Georgia. Glade Mountain is situated 2 miles west of Ellicott Rock Wilderness.

Kings Creek Falls, located near Long Creek, South Carolina, is a waterfall in the Oconee District of the Sumter National Forest. Kings Creek is a tributary of the Chatooga River, and the falls are located off a short spur from the Foothills Trail. Kings Creek Falls is situated 2½ miles south of Ellicott Rock Wilderness.
