Goat Island
Island
Goat Island is an island located between Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms, South Carolina, United States, on the Intracoastal Waterway. It is one of the smallest inhabited islands of the region, being only as large as a neighborhood street. Goat Island is situated 1½ miles southwest of Seven Reaches.
Dewees Island
Island
Dewees Island is a barrier island, located approximately 11 miles north of Charleston, and has an area of 1.875 square miles. The inlet between it and the Isle of Palms is shown on early maps as Spence's Inlet, and is today called Dewees Inlet. Dewees Island is situated 2 miles northeast of Seven Reaches.
