It was the location of Ottway Elementary School until its closure in 2019. The school is now North Greene Middle School. Ottway is situated 1½ miles northeast of Roaring Fork.

Romeo is an unincorporated community in Greene County, Tennessee. Romeo is located in Northern Greene County along Tennessee State Route 70, just north of Interstate 81 exit 30. Romeo is situated 3½ miles northwest of Roaring Fork.
