Hughes Springs is a city in Cass and Morris counties in the U.S. state of Texas. At the 2020 census, its population was 1,575. The town was heavily damaged by an EF2 tornado on November 4, 2022. Hughes Springs is situated 2½ miles southeast of Day Cemetery.
