Anahuac is a city in the U.S. state of Texas on the coast of Trinity Bay. The population of the city was 1,980 at the 2020 census. Anahuac is the county seat of Chambers County and is situated in Southeast Texas. Anahuac is situated 4½ miles south of Eminence.
