Pegasus Plaza is a public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas. Located at the corner of Akard and Main Street in the Main Street District, the plaza takes its name from Pegasus, the iconic sign atop the adjacent Magnolia Hotel and the mythical flying horse.

Akard station is a DART rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located in the City Center District on Pacific Avenue, between Akard and Field Streets. It opened on June 14, 1996, and is a station on the Red, Orange, Green and Blue lines, serving Elm Place, One Main Place, Renaissance Tower, Thanks-Giving Square and Thanksgiving Tower. Akard station is situated 590 feet northwest of Magnolia Building.
