Page is a census-designated place and coal town in , , United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 152. It was named for William Nelson Page, a civil engineer and industrialist who lived in nearby , where he managed Gauley Mountain Coal Company and many iron, coal, and railroad enterprises.
