The Connecticut Post Mall is a super-regional shopping center located on Connecticut Route 1 in Milford, Connecticut. The center comprises 1.3 million square feet of leasable space and features 125 stores. It is the largest mall in the state of Connecticut. Connecticut Post Mall is situated 2 miles northwest of Farview Beach.

The Orange Center Historic District encompasses the historic town center of Orange, Connecticut. Centered on the town green at the Junction of Meetinghouse Lane and Orange Center Road CT 152, it has retained its character as a 19th-century agrarian town center despite significant 20th-century suburbanization around it. Orange Center Historic District is situated 4½ miles north of Farview Beach.

Orange is a town in New Haven County, Connecticut, part of the South Central Connecticut Planning Region. The population was 14,280 at the 2020 census. The town is governed by a Board of Selectmen.
