Rocky Neck State Park is a public recreation area encompassing 710 acres on Long Island Sound in the town of East Lyme, Connecticut, United States. The park encompasses a white sand beach and small boardwalk, tidal river, a broad salt marsh, and a large stone pavilion dating from the 1930s.
York Correctional Institution

Janet S. York Correctional Institution is Connecticut's only state prison for women, located in Niantic. The facility opened in its current form in October, 1994, and houses a maximum of 1500 at a range of security levels from minimum to super maximum.
