Pleasure Beach

Pleasure Beach is the portion of a barrier beach that extends 2.5 miles westerly from Point No Point. Prior to June, 2014, when Pleasure Beach re-opened, the area was Connecticut's largest and most recent ghost town after it was abandoned in the late 1990s due to a fire on the bridge connecting it to the mainland.
