Lockridge is a city in Jefferson County, Iowa, United States. The population was 244 at the time of the 2020 census. Lockridge was one of the communities considered for the county seat in 1839, but lost out to Fairfield. Lockridge is situated 3 miles southeast of Lockridge Township.
