Hepburn is an unincorporated community in Page County, Iowa, United States. It was formerly an incorporated city until its discontinuance in 2022, when the Iowa City Development Board approved its disincorporation following a vote by the city council. Hepburn is situated 3 miles southeast of North Page Cemetery.
