The Charles Lundberg Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. The house was built c. 1892, and is a well-preserved local example of the form with Queen Anne styling. Charles Lundberg Three-Decker is situated 2,000 feet northwest of Bell Pond Dam.

The Borden-Pond House is a historic house at 40 Laurel Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1856 but probably not completed until 1861, it is a prominent early example of Second Empire architecture, and one of a small number of stone villas to survive in the neighborhood. Borden-Pond House is situated 2,700 feet west of Bell Pond Dam.
