Clark's Island is a small island located in Duxbury Bay in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. It was named for John Clark, the first mate of the Mayflower, the ship that brought the Pilgrims to New England. Clarks Island is situated 2½ miles south of Duxbury Beach.

It included the village of Green Harbor, on the shore of Massachusetts Bay, and the community of Cedar Crest, occupying a hill on the north side of Careswell Street. Green Harbor is situated 2½ miles north of Duxbury Beach.
