West Stockbridge

Stockbridge is a town in Berkshire County in Western Massachusetts. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 2,276. It is the setting for Arlo Guthrie's song "Alice's Restaurant", and home to the non-profit Berkshire Botanical Garden. West Stockbridge is situated 2½ miles south of Richmond.
Hancock Shaker Village

Hancock Shaker Village is a former Shaker commune in Hancock and Pittsfield, Massachusetts. It emerged in the towns of Hancock, Pittsfield, and Richmond in the 1780s, organized in 1790, and was active until 1960. Hancock Shaker Village is situated 4½ miles north of Richmond.
