The Josiah Quincy House, located at 20 Muirhead Street in the Wollaston neighborhood of Quincy, Massachusetts, was the country home of Revolutionary War soldier Colonel Josiah Quincy I, the first in a line of six men named Josiah Quincy that included three Boston mayors and a president of Harvard University.

Neponset is a district in the southeastern corner of Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The Neponset Indians were the original inhabitants of this district and in 1646 John Eliot preached unsuccessfully to the Native American community in Lower Mills led by Sachem Cutshamekin before the tribe moved to Ponkapoag. Neponset is situated 1½ miles west of Wollaston Channel.
