Apple Valley High School is a four-year public secondary high school in the U.S. city of Apple Valley, Minnesota. It is one of the five high schools serving Independent School District 196.

Buck Hill is a ski hill in the north central United States, located in Burnsville, Minnesota, a suburb south of Minneapolis. It is one of three alpine ski areas in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, along with Afton Alps and Hyland. Buck Hill is situated 2½ miles southwest of Alimagnet Lake.
