Ivanhoe is a city in Lincoln County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 560 at the 2020 census. Since 1913 it has been the county seat of Lincoln County, and it is now Minnesota's least populous county seat. Ivanhoe is situated 2 miles east of Iron Horse State Wildlife Management Area.
