LaMoure is a city in LaMoure County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 764 at the 2020 census. It is the county seat of LaMoure County. LaMoure was founded in 1882 and was named after Judson LaMoure, a territorial legislator. LaMoure is situated 4½ miles north of Lake LaMoure.
