Grantham is a town in Sullivan County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 3,404 at the 2020 census, an increase over the figure of 2,985 tabulated in 2010. The planned community of Eastman is in the eastern part of the town. Grantham is situated 4½ miles northeast of Castle Hill.

Cornish Flat is situated 5 miles northwest of Castle Hill.
