The main village of the town, where 372 people resided at the 2020 census, is defined as the Bradford census-designated place, and is located in the northeast part of the town, west of the junction of New Hampshire routes 103 and 114. Bradford is situated 2½ miles southeast of South Newbury.

Newbury is situated 2½ miles northwest of South Newbury.
