NJPAC/Center Street station is a light rail station on the Newark Light Rail's Broad Street Extension. It is located in Downtown Newark, New Jersey, on the south west corner of the McCarter Highway and Center Street at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center at the northern end of Military Park.

Prudential Center is a multipurpose indoor arena in Newark, New Jersey, United States. Opened in 2007, it is the home of the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League, the New York Sirens of the Professional Women's Hockey League, and the men's basketball program of Seton Hall University.
