The is a historic building built by the Celadon Terra Cotta Company at in 1892. The structure is a one-story, 16-foot-wide, 25-foot-deep building built almost entirely of bricks, architectural terracotta, and roofing tiles manufactured by the company.

Observatory
is an astronomical owned and operated by Alfred University located in Alfred, and named after John Stull, who helped establish the observatory in 1966.
