Milan is a town in Dutchess County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census it had a population of 2,245, slightly down from 2,370 in 2010. Milan is located approximately 90 miles north of New York City, 60 miles south of Albany, and 150 miles west of Boston.

Rhinebeck is a township in Dutchess County, New York. The township encompasses the village of Rhinebeck and the hamlet of Rhinecliff. The downtown area of Rhinebeck is small enough to walk around within an hour or so, exclusive of extra time to visit churches and shops, have a meal, etc, and well worth it, as it is full of beautiful, lovingly decorated houses.
