Milan is located approximately 90 miles north of New York City, 60 miles south of Albany, and 150 miles west of Boston. Milan is situated 5 miles north of Camp Boiberik.

The downtown area of Rhinebeck is small enough to walk around within an hour or so, exclusive of extra time to visit churches and shops, have a meal, etc, and well worth it, as it is full of beautiful, lovingly decorated houses.
