Clymer is a town in Chautauqua County, New York, United States. The population was 1,748 at the 2020 census. The town is named for George Clymer, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Clymer is located in the southwest part of the county. Clymer is situated 2½ miles southwest of Town of Clymer.
