The West 167th Street Stairs, colloquially known as the Joker Stairs and also as the Shakespeare Steps, are a step street connecting Shakespeare and Anderson avenues at West 167th Street in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx in New York City.

Yankee Stadium is a baseball stadium located in the Bronx, New York City. It is the home field of Major League Baseball’s New York Yankees. The stadium opened in April 2009, replacing the original Yankee Stadium that operated from 1923 to 2008; it is situated in the Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx on the 24-acre former site of Macombs Dam Park, one block north of the original stadium's site.

The High Bridge is a steel arch bridge connecting Manhattan and the Bronx in New York City, New York, United States. Rising 140 ft over the Harlem River, it is the city's oldest major bridge, having opened as part of the Croton Aqueduct in 1848.

Its boundaries, starting from the north and moving clockwise, are the Cross-Bronx Expressway to the north, Jerome Avenue to the east, Macombs Dam Bridge to the south, and the Harlem River to the west.

It is named for Fort Washington, a fortification constructed at the highest natural point on Manhattan by Continental Army troops to defend the area from the British forces during the American Revolutionary War.
