Goff Island is an island on Seventh Lake in Hamilton County, New York. It is named after brothers Frederick Harris Goff and Isaac Channing Goff, who built vacation camps on the island circa 1900.

Inlet is a town in Hamilton County, New York, United States. The population was 355 at the 2020 census, up from 333 in 2010. The name is derived from its location at the eastern end of Fourth Lake, part of the Fulton Chain of Lakes. Inlet is situated 3½ miles northwest of Town of Inlet.
