Starrett City is a housing development in the Spring Creek section of East New York in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. It is located on a peninsula on the north shore of Jamaica Bay, bounded by Fresh Creek and Canarsie to the west and Hendrix Creek to the east. Starrett City is situated 2,400 feet northwest of Interchange 18.

Located near East 105th Street between Foster Avenue and Farragut Road in Canarsie, Brooklyn, it is served by the L train at all times.
